Having begun her career in Marketing & Communications at the 5-star Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Fiona has honed her skills in food and hospitality marketing over 12 years, working with a number of high-profile restaurants, including Michelin-starred establishments. She has also been involved with the relaunch of many properties and openings including restaurant chains and online/offline delivery systems.
